MONTHLY TELEPHONE USAGE EXPENSE

MANAGEMENT REPORTS, ANALYSIS AND

RECONCILIATION. 

 
The second service that SAGIFON Technologies provides to its customers on a monthly basis is the extraction, analysis and reconciliation of all telephone usage bills and invoices from various service providers. 
 
SAGIFON Technologies obtains a list of all call charges from various service providers and based on the reports from the telephone management system, SAGIFON compiles an “expected invoice” for each service provider. 
 
Then, after receiving the bills from various service providers, we meticulously compare them and tally them to our “expected invoices” and the TMS reports to expose any possible inconsistencies that might be present. If a discrepancy exists, reports of this detailed analysis and reconciliation will be discussed with the service provider concerned to alert them to the identified problem and we will kindly request a rectification of the problem. 
 
If we do not reach an agreement with a service provider, we make these reports available to our customers for a decision in this regard. Where a dispute persists, it will be the responsibility of SAGIFON Technologies to demonstrate beyond doubt all errors that service providers might have made.
