SAGIFON Technologies offers an additional service of assessing both the technical and financial viability of each Service level agreement that you have with each of your service provider. SAGIFON Technologies records all tickets escalated to each service provider and at the end of each month, measures their performance against the expected performance as promised in the SLA contract that you signed. This report will be presented both to you, our valued customer and discussed with the service provider concerned with the aim of improving service.
Furthermore SAGIFON Technologies assesses the financial viability of each SLA. To accomplish this task, the risk of equipment total breakdown is assessed by looking at both the likelihood of such an event, and its financial impact on your core business activities. The information is then used to assess the best way of mitigating the risk that you face with regard to equipment breakdowns and whether the SLA in place is the adequate solution to mitigate that risk.
